Astronom in astrofizik, prof. dr. 𝗧𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘇̌ 𝗭𝘄𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 nas bo popeljal na prav posebno potovanje v neskončno vesolje.
Tomaž je redni profesor na Fakulteti za matematiko in fiziko Univerze v Ljubljani, kjer predava astronomijo in astrofiziko. V raziskavah se posveča medzvezdnemu mediju, razvoju galaksij ter proučevanju posameznih in dvojnih zvezd. Sodeluje pri velikih mednarodnih projektih, kot so Gaia, RAVE, GALAH in Gaia-ESO. Leta 2021 je za svoje delo prejel Zoisovo nagrado za izjemne znanstvene dosežke.
